Beautiful and spacious 2 BEDROOM and 2 BATHROOM condo with excelent ocean view and a perfect location nearby LA ISLA shopping mall and front walking of the new best restaurants in town. Great for fulltime residence in Winter and Holidays. Enjoy breathtaking sunset and bay views in the beachfront balcony, kitchen ready to use and laundry facilities. Every bedroom with nice mountains view balcony and TV/CABLE. Bdrm#1 with a comfortable kingsize bed. Bdrm#2 with 2 matrimonial size beds. Nice living room with TV/CABLE and a comfortable studio couch ready to use. 8 seat glass dining table and breakast-kitchen bar with 3 benches.
