Karla's Cottage is a great place to relax and rejuvenate with family and friends. The Cottage is immaculately clean and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with two queen beds and a full bed. There is also room for provided blow up mattresses. Priced right for a couples retreat or a family get away. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and even has a Keurig, regular coffee pot and air fryer for your enjoyment and convenience. The laundry room is stocked with a full-size washer and dryer, just in case. The large deck allows for gathering, visiting, and eating and is equipped with a grill and fire pit...propane and wood are provided. Reeds Spring is a small community where things are quiet, and you can relax with the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. Stores and attractions are just a few miles away. Reeds Spring Pizza, Midtown Diner & Pops Burgers and Ice Cream...are just a walk away. Spent all my life working from sun up to sun down. A long illness with my father and a quadruple bypass for me made me stop and think about things. Since I never really took many vacations, I enjoy helping others have a great time with their families.
Why they chose this property
Our neighbor Karla was diagnosed with cancer and needed to move closer to doctors and family. Sitting outside around a fire we told her we would buy it and we closed in two weeks. We had no idea what we would do with it...and now this is our third season of offering families a tremendous place to stay at a very reasonable price.
What makes this property unique
Karla's Cottage is cute and comfortable. It will always be sparkling clean. We are a family business and are involved in every facet of the property.
