Cars are parked inside the building, 2 spaces. The apartment is in a very safe area, you can do everything on foot, go to cafes, restaurants, and at the same time it is in a very quiet place. The balcony with barbecue is a delight day or night, watching the sun rise is always a spectacle. It is very close to Praia Mole, Campeche and Joaquina beaches. The building has an electronic gate and surveillance cameras. THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS WITH A SUITE AND A SOCIAL BATHROOM, SUITE WITH DOUBLE BED AND AIR CONDITIONING AND, SECOND BEDROOM BEDROOM, THIRD BEDROOM BEDROOM ON THE FLOOR.
