Welcome to your beachfront getaway at St. Armands Towers (North) on Lido Key!
This spacious 2-bed, 2-bath condo is spread over 1448 sq ft on the 3rd floor.
Enjoy the views and the convenience of being within walking distance to St. Armands Circle.
Community amenities include an exercise room, party room with a full kitchen, and a refreshing pool.
Cleaning fee of $500 includes a mid-stay clean!

We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

★Living Area:
The living room features two couches, a coffee table, a smart Tv with cable and large windows with views to the outside.

★Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has all the basics: a large fridge, dishwasher, oven & stovetop, drip-down coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and more.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.

★Dining:
Enjoy your meals at the dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 people, next to the kitchen.

★Master bedroom:
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with night stands & lighting, a dresser, a tv, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedding & linens are included.

★Guest bedroom:
The guest bedroom has 2x single beds with balcony access.
Bedding & linens are included.

★Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are equipped with tubs.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.

★Balconies:
You have balcony access via the living room and both bedrooms. The view is facing inland.

★Community:
Communal areas within the residence include a welcoming lobby, exercise room, party room with a full kitchen, and a refreshing swimming pool for your enjoyment. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times.
No parties and non-smoking.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running

Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful time at One Benjamin Franklin Drive, Lido Key, Sarasota FL. Fabulous location - short walk to St. Armand’s Circle and across the street from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment needs to be updated, but lovely, spacious.

A good spot

We are long term seasonal renters at Lido Key. This property, however, was new to us this year and was chosen primarily because it survived much of the storm damage that impacted much of Sarasota. The building is well located with short walks to St. Armand’s and the beach. The pool is really great and we often found ourselves there all by ourselves. It is a quiet building with respectful owners. They expect the same of you which we welcomed. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, but should be updated in the next few years. The owner lives overseas but it is well managed by Orquera Property Management. In particular, our primary contact was Clara and she was friendly, responsive and helpful. The on-site managers, Al and Rose, were delightful and made us feel welcome. A nice attraction to this unit is its large outdoor patio which was a great place to have our morning coffee or an evening cocktail. One drawback was our neighbor next door, a very friendly and nice guy, frequently smoked cigarettes on his patio and depending upon wind direction, this could be unpleasant for us. This is really the only complaint we have about this property. Otherwise, we enjoyed our 3 month stay very much.

Lido Key Vacation

We spent January thru April 9th at this condo. First let me say a few positive things. The Orquera Florida Investments Vacation Rentals team ( Clara) was excellent. Very helpful, polite and professional. The Managers at the condo complex were also very friendly, informative and easy to work with. Everyone we met at the complex was more than friendly and made us feel very welcome. The condo itself is in an ideal location. Close to the beach and close to downtown St. Armand's Circle. Walking distance to everything, plus a free trolley that will take you downtown Sarasota. The problem we encountered was construction. From the 2nd week we were there until the time we left, the complex was going through a refurbishing and remodeling. Monday thru Friday, 8 to 5, there was loud hammering, sanding and drilling going on. At times we had to leave the condo due to the fact we couldn't hear each other talk. We were upset that we were not told by the owner about this scheduled construction prior to renting it. After conversations with the owner, they did refund us $2,000 for our inconveniences. We did appreciate that. Bottom line, it's a great condo, great location and we would highly recommend it.

Great Location

This building is a great location with the beach just across the street and St. Armands Circle within easy walking distance. Sunsets on the beach are beautiful. Carport is nice for parking your car and the washer and dryer are just down the hall from the condo.
