You'll also enjoy access to exclusive private beaches and multiple hiking/biking trails.
This welcoming retreat comfortably sleeps families or groups of friends, featuring:

1 Bunk Bed with Queen (bottom) & Full (top)
1 Queen Sofa Bed in the downstairs TV room
1 Queen Sofa Bed in the upstairs living room

Upstairs, you’ll find an expansive and modern kitchen equipped with quartzite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. The dining area seats up to six, while vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open, inviting atmosphere. The living room includes a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, and a large sectional sofa. A sliding glass door leads to the deck, offering seating for outdoor dining and a peaceful view of the patio below.
Downstairs, the second living area features a spacious sectional, Smart TV, and fireplace ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure. Step outside to a private patio with a propane BBQ and a fire ring, perfect for enjoying Tahoe evenings under the stars.
This property is being offered for a minimum 30 day up to 5 month stay December 1 through April 30.
