balcony with sitting area where you can enjoy outstanding views of Lake Bryan.

There are two bedrooms, each with king beds, twin bunk beds for the kids in an

alcove, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed in the living room. There are 2

full bathrooms, each with a jetted bathtub and complimentary toiletries. Flat-

screen televisions with cable programming provide entertainment.



The resort has one large family pool, one small intimate pool, a children's

pool, and an outdoor spa tub. There is weekend poolside entertainment during

peak seasons.



This condominium resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access,

a 24-hour fitness center, concierge services and shopping on site. It's near

several restaurants, nightclubs and bars, plus there is a nearby supermarket

within walking distance. This resort is only 1 mile from Walt Disney World, 3

miles from Disney Springs, and 6 miles from Orange County Convention Center.

Shuttle services to and from Disney, Epcot, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are

available.



The Blue Heron Beach Resort occupies 900 feet of lakeshore, with a private

dock. Lake activities include motor boating, water skiing, jet skiing,

canoeing, and kayaking--either on site or nearby. Water skis, boats, and other

rentals are available from an independently operated water-sports center just

a short walk from the hotel along the lake. The center can also deliver

personal watercraft to the hotel's own dock.
