Great place to stay. We have no complaints at all. It was just helpful to know that the property is shared. We never heard the other guests, but it’s good information to have beforehand. Overall, everything was wonderful and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

For future guests, I’d like to clarify that while there is a separate basement residence on the property, it is completely independent from the home rental. There are no shared spaces, no shared amenities, no shared entrances, and not even a shared driveway. There is also no interior access between the two residences—not even a staircase connecting them. The two units are entirely separate and function as completely independent homes. We’re happy to hear your stay was peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located. House was comfortable and clean. We needed more toilet paper and there were no lamps on the nightstands. But it met our needs.
