Step outside to enjoy a heated pool overlooking an extra-wide saltwater canal, complete with a private dock and 2 fishing kayaks for you to enjoy the sunsets, or take a nap under the extra-large tiki. Within walking distance is Tarpon Point Marina. This marina offers many restaurant choices, and boutique shopping which is a great place to spend some time enjoying the atmosphere and looking at all the yachts. The Rose Garden neighborhood park is just a short walk away and has a walking trails and an exercise course. Put garbage cans by the road
Put keys and garage door opener in top drawer to the left of the dishwasher
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rose Garden area is a quiet family area - thats what drew us here.
What makes this property unique
Cape Calm is located on one of the widest salt water canals in the area. We see dolphin and manatee on a regular basis. The fishing right off the dock is great - last winter we caught a 4’ shark right out back! It was awesome!
