A large detached house with various possibilities in a special location. No problems with passing cars, on the other hand, many birds are observable. In addition, several horses regularly graze on the distinctive Drentse houtwal. The Westerborkerstroom lapses in front of the house. A fence has been installed to protect children against the water.
The property consists of a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen area. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two beds. In addition, a bathroom with bath, shower and sink, a toilet and storage. There is also the washing machine.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms (4 and 2 beds), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and adjacent the sauna a cozy bedstead that is accessible from the hallway. Especially children can really enjoy this. The dimensions are such that older people can also stay. A skylight completes it.

Freundlicher Vermieter, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ganz schöner Park, klasse für Angler. Super, wenn man mit Hunden reist. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Im Großen und Ganzen schönes Haus zum Weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige Lage, aber viele Mängel im Haus

Das Haus war schön ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Blick in die Natur. Leider sind Betten und Geschirr in die Jahre gekommen und neben vergilbten Bettdecken und Kopfkissen waren noch einige Spinnen an den Decken sowie Schimmel in der Dusche (definitiv nicht gereinigt!). Es wurde wohl länger nicht mehr renoviert/erneuert. Zudem war die Beschreibung auf der Webseite irreführend: Sauna, Waschmaschine waren als vorhanden gelistet und Bettbezüge als "wird bereitgestellt" angegeben. All das stellte sich dann vor der Anreise als mietbar gegen Aufpreis heraus. Wir haben uns dann entschieden eigene Bettwäsche mitzubringen, die 1,80m breite Bettdecke konnten wir aber nicht beziehen. Diese Info war uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt worden.Das Haus ist für 10 Personen mietbar, der Tisch drinnen und draußen hat allerdings nur 8 Plätze.Wer CenterParcs kennt und damit vergleicht, wird eher enttäuscht werden.

Prima huis met fantastische ligging

Wij waren met vrienden en een aantal honden. De inrichting is niet nieuw maar met een aantal honden is dat geen probleem. Alles was netjes en schoon. Dat vinden wij belangrijker. De ligging is fantastisch. Je kijkt op een weiland met paarden uit. Omheining is niet hondproef. Die kunnen er doorheen/overheen. De slaapkamers staan te vol met bedden. Geen 10 persoons huis. Hooguit 7. Al met al voor ons met 4 personen en honden een prima huis op een mooie locatie.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren auf Familienurlaub in Westerbork. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Ende der Ferienanlage direkt am kleinen Kanal, sehr idyllisch. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was für eine große Gruppe benötigt wird. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder plus Hund. Ein schöner Garten lädt ein, den Tag entspannt zu beginnen. Die Wildlands sind von dort in 20 Min. erreichbar und das Meer in 1 Stunde, also prima Standort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Ook oudere woning moet beter scoren

De vakantie woning is al wat gedateerd. Echter met een likje verf en de nodige aanpassingen is deze nog prima als vakantie woning te verhuren. Fijne rustige lokatie. en centraal gelegen in omgeving gezien het dorp.

Locatie perfect, huis zelf er veel ruimte al was het wel gedateerd en de luxe van sauna en bubbelbad helaas niet kunnen gebruiken door defect of wat het dan ook mag zijn geweest. Maar verder genoten van uitzicht en dat het centraal lichtvoor diverse uitstapjes

Empfehlenswert..

...allerdings nicht, wie wir erwartet hatten, abgeschieden in der Natur (so sah es auf den Fotos aus), sondern in einer Ferienanlage. Anstatt des angekündigten Pools, gab es eine Badewanne mit Düsen, die sich leider nicht zum "Blubbern" erweichen ließen. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, sauberen Häuschen und auch den Komfort der Ferienanlage (Spielplatz, Gastronomie, Fahrradverleih) sehr genossen.
