Host was quick to respond. Nice size house. Exercise equipment a plus but had no dishwasher. Nice fire pit in back yard. Could have been cleaner. Pillows and mattresses were very stained. Was anxious at reservation and until we got there because VERY limited photos on the website of what we were getting. Pictures showed shots that could have been taken over a fence or through a window. Also, downstairs shower didn’t function so I had to climb the stairs.

Cathy, thank you for the feedback regarding the linen, I wish you would’ve shared the specifics as I have not gotten any complaints or been made aware of any. For future potential guests I will take an immediate inventory as we keep our standards very high. Important to note I am not a professional photographer and we list our home for families coming to beautiful California for their vacations not gatherings. Our ratings are high (listed on Airbnb for many years as suoerhost), from others as we go above and beyond for our guests as exhibited through our actions supporting your last minute request when our Keurig broke and we provided same-day delivery, which was noticeably left out of your review. I know you took the opportunity to host many family members as was evident with your additional request for toilet paper beyond our excessive surplus. If you would clarify the linen referenced with images that would be greatly appreciated.
