When we first arrived the table in our unit was dirty and we had to have someone come clean it. The kitchen faucet was loose and we asked the front desk to send someone to fix it on Friday and it wasn’t fixed before we checked out Saturday. The breakfast was pretty good with options. Overall the rooms were good. The location wasn’t bad since we were close to the French Quarter. We were more in the business district but it was not a bad walk.

Check on wasn’t bad but the room was nasty. The floors in the kitchen had not been mopped and the whole room needed vacuuming. There was toilet paper stuck to the door and the walls were covered in filth. I contacted the host and the host referred me to the front desk, despite the room being disgusting they had to move us because the AC unit was set at 65 and it was 78 inside the room.

Overall the place was excellent. Room was clean and was described exactly how it was advertised. If you drove to town you will have to fend for yourself for parking so research ahead of time.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, In-room kitchen was not sufficiently equipped/supplied with utensils. Only one small pot, no source or frying pan, only teaspoon available. I made a Special request from property staff to provide additional pot, frying pan and standard Eating spoons - they came up empty. I had to buy through amazon. So if you are the type that likes to warm your food without microwave, then you will need to prepare to take extra utensils to the location.My advice to location management is keep extra utensils for traditional people like us.. Thanks

The common areas : patio, elevators, breakfast areas could use some cleaning, and the customer service was ok. However, the staff may need some hospitality training.
