Our family has been vacationing in this part of Florida for years, and Boca Grande has become an incredibly special place to us. We love it so much that we even got married on the island! We split our time between Colorado and Florida and have always loved being outdoors. As avid fly fishers, we’re especially drawn to the area’s world-class tarpon fishing, along with the beautiful beaches, time on the water, and incredible sunsets. We’ve put a lot of love into making our Florida home comfortable and welcoming, and we’re excited to share it with others so they can experience and enjoy this special part of Florida as much as our family does.

Why they chose this property

We love the relaxed, laid-back feel of the neighborhood and how close it is to everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. The gated community is safe, quiet, walkable, and beautifully maintained, with a heated pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball court, and even a fishing dock. Boca Grande is just a short drive away, along with great restaurants, golf, boating, fishing, shelling, and some of the most beautiful beaches and sunsets in Southwest Florida.
