About this property

Two new units available : Luna and Sol. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Great Stay at Cocoa Beach!

Everything starts with communication and Greg was on point. Smooth process and even let us check in early and a later check out time if needed. The house was an A and the private bathrooms for each room was a bonus since we had 5 adults. In the garage were boogie boards, plenty of beach chairs, a surf board to use and a beach buggy to carry things. Everything we needed to have a blast. The Dunkin Donuts right around the corner was perfect. Greg was a fantastic host and very attentive to us. We will return for sure.

Great spot at the beach!

We loved the spacious accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Foosball table. Wish we could have used the bikes in the garage without an additional fee. But loved our stay!

We LOVED this space!

We had such a great stay with Greg! I traveled with my soon to be ex-husband and 2 adult daughters. Having the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was so great. The place was super clean and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver! We were able to do laundry before boarding our cruise. We walked to the beach (about 1 1/2 blocks away), the Cocoa Beach pier (about a ten minute walk) for surf lessons, and ubered all around Cocoa Beach. It really was such a great space- I highly recommend it and if I return to the area I will be staying here!

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

Family Beach Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! So close to the beach and everything else. We walked down to the beach every day!! The house was clean, well equipped, & very spacious. If we ever come back to cocoa beach we will stay here! I’ve already recommended it to a friend as well.

Relaxing beach getaway

This is a great property that is located one block from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the pier. There are restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the main roadway. The house is spacious and clean. Every bedroom has it’s own restroom plus a restroom downstairs. Beach accessories were made available to use. There are tv’s in every room and the balconies were convenient to watch July 4th fireworks from. There is limited access to temperature controls but the house was always cool and there was not a need to lower the temperature, even at night. The manager was proactive with information and easy to contact and reach out to. Thank you Mr. Noone for a great experience on the beach for my family and I.

Extended Weekend Getaway

House was clean and big. Definitely plenty of room for any group. Centralized location and extremely close to the port and plenty of restaurants around. If you bring a family plenty of activities for children as well. Owner extremely quick to answer questions as well. Great overall experience!

1. Greg is AWESOME to work with! He is friendly, his expectations and directions are clear, and he is professional. 2. The location is AMAZING! Short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to a few shops and restaurants, too.Cocoa Beach Pier is an easy walk, too. (We even did the walk with kids two different days!) 3. The place is EXCEPTIONAL! Clean, updated, spacious, and stacked with helpful kitchen/bathroom supplies! We especially loved the big kitchen! …we will DEFINITELY be back! Beautiful beach house

We were in town for a family reunion. Greg's place was big, modern , very comfortable and clean. Location was good with lots of restaurants and supermarket right across the street. The house was well equipped with everything you need and very close to the beach and pier. I would recommend Greg's.

Amazing and exceeds expectations!

Totally up to date accommodation with 3 bedrooms all with on suite full baths and another 1/2 bath downstairs. Very nice Beach decor totally fitting for location. Everything has been considered. Even beach equipment and towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Very close to Publix grocery store and lots of eateries. Short walk to beach (we watched Cape Canaveral launch on the beach one AM). Easy walk to the pier. Great VRBO for large family. Greg was great and easy to work with!!

Ruined vacation

Water leaked occurred. We had to turn water on and off as we needed for a day and a half which also left us without hot water because the tabk couldn’t fill up. No one likes cold showers and baths but he told us hot water wasn’t a necessity and we couldn’t clean or wash hands and clothes as needed due to turning water on and off. He said cold showers were fine. He did refund 2 nights as we left early but still charged the cleaning fee even though I spent an entire day and a half if my vacation cleaning up water. He never called a professional in to try to fix the issue but continued to cut walls, interior and exterior, to try to fix the issue himself. He stated he didn’t want to pay what someone else would charge him!!!!

Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...
