Welcome to this charming house in Pittsburgh. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, this property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this marvelous house is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We think our place will help you experience everything Pittsburgh has to offer. This home has tons of character from the high ceilings to the original stairs and historical chandeliers to the timeless furniture pieces. On the main level is an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The second level has 2 bedrooms (one full bed, 2 twin beds) and 1 bath. The third level has an additional den/living room/library and one bedroom (full size bed). The basement level has 1 bedroom (king size bed) and 1 bathroom. Conveniently located near the park, interstate, shopping, hospitals, pro sport stadiums and downtown, everything is just minutes away. You've found the perfect location!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash day is Thursday, please pull bins to the curb by Wednesday night. If you depart before then, please put all trash in the black bins outside near the door. Do Not leave any trash inside.
Absolutely NO parties. Anyone found in violation of this rule will have their stay ended immediately with no refund and charged a fine of $250. Smoking inside will also be fined at $250.
Pets are allowed on the furniture with the provided pet blanket ONLY. Any excessive hair or damages by the pet(s) will result in a charge back to you at the cleaner’s rate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not remove the linens from the beds.
If you rearrange the furniture, please put it back the way you found it.

Beautiful house description was accurate and clean. House was full of little things needed or forgot like toiletries. Nice little sandwich shop and convenience store in walking distance. Major chain restaurants were about a 10 min drive.

This. Is a great location for UPMC PASSAVANT if your loved one needs surgery. Plenty of restaurants and close to North Park and the mall for our downtime.
