Apto excepcional. Super limpo e arejado. Por ser todo branquinho, destaca a limpeza. Muito arejado. Se abrir as janelas à noite nem precisa ligar o ar condicionado. Bastante clean tendo somente o necessário de móveis. Cozinha com todos os utensílios que precisamos. A localização é perfeita. Do lado de padaria, restaurantes, farmácias, mercado, pizzaria, sorveteira e bares. O carro não sai da garagem. Pertíssimo da praia.
