What makes this property unique

❄️ Do I need snow chains or 4WD in the winter?
Nope — neither are needed! The home is not on a steep mountain road. It’s just off a normal main road and only 5 minutes from downtown Weaverville. The driveway has a gentle incline and is gravel, and snow rarely sticks here. Guests with all types of cars have never had any issues accessing the property in winter.
