Nice little apartment with all we needed including a phone charger! My daughter and I slept well and would stay again. We enjoyed the addition of the book about the feral cats that live nearby.

The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry

It was a lovely home with many thoughtful amenities. I most appreciated the coffee/tea station, how warm the heater kept the room, the exercise equipment and bath bombs. Very charming with nice local walking trails.There were spices in the cupboard, but the salt and pepper shakers were empty. Good variety of cookware - a strainer would be a nice addition.

Host was great and helpful The verbo was the top floor of a house. We had a separate entrance up some outside stairs. There was off street parking for our car. The place was clean and comfortable. The heating in the place was oil filled plug in space heaters and we were concerned about being warm enough but we were plenty warm. I was relieved that the host uses scent free laundry detergent. I had brought sheets just in case (I have chemical sensitivity) but it was so nice not to have to deal with changing sheets when we arrived. The beds were comfy and the pillows were nice too and we all (3 of us) slept well. There’s not a dishwasher so, if that bothers you, bring paper plates to cut down on the washing up. We were in town for a swim meet in nearby Cary so didn’t do much going out except to the swim meet. I found a great arts and crafts thrift store nearby in some off time. Highly recommend if you’re scrappy and artistic. They have a gift shop if you’re not artistic but appreciate things like that. I found it very sweet that the host had facilitated getting the stray cat population fixed and rehomed. There’s a book with bios of several of the cats.The neighborhood is a decent one. Working class I guess. There weren’t any loud parties going on or anything and we were there Thursday-Sunday.

The towels were not clean.The entire building was sagging in multiple places with over 6 inches of sinkage in various parts of the floor. Walls and appliances were not horizontal.If you have a cat allergy don't come since there are about a dozen cats roaming the street.Good experience otherwise, though. The location is a little suspicious but what you'd expect from parts of Durham.
