Guests are not allowed to swim in pond - please keep kids and animals away from pond due to risk of wildlife in Savannah fresh water environments.

We hope above all that you have an awesome vacation! Find below just a few house rules that we hope everyone will follow.

1. No parties or events allowed. We try to be very respectful of our neighbors. They have asked us not to host any gatherings and will be quick to call in on any disturbances.

2. No smoking allowed.

3. We allow guests of all ages, but please supervise children around the house and the yard as the house is not baby proofed & there are breakable and unsafe items within Childs reach.

4. Any dog must be approved by host and must be on leash outside of house. No animals on beds in the unit. At this time we do not allow cats in the house.

5. Please respect check-in and check-out times.

6. If you move the furniture please move it back when you check out.

7. Guests are welcome to use the grill. We ask that you clean before and after use with grill brush and warm water. Please report empty propane tank or damage.

8. Use of pond is strictly not permitted/advised due to alligator/snake risk. Also note there is no privacy fence.
