Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita.

It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars.

Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
The space
This is a completely private studio apartment above our garage at the back of our property (must be able to climb 1 flight of stairs). Plenty of free street parking available.

It is a cozy, newly decorated studio apartment complete with kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, gas fireplace, built in blue tooth speaker and more!

The bed is a queen size with a super comfortable Serta mattress for perfect night's sleep!

There also an two person retro arcade table available for your use with hundreds of games to play!

College Hill park is just a couple blocks away with walking paths, tennis courts and a basketball court.
Also in the park open during summer, there is a newly renovated city pool.

Park on the street, walk up the driveway and up the stairs going into the apartment above the garage.
