Enjoy the notorious Greek hospitality by staying in the 120sqm one-level residence surrounded by a 200sqm private open space and blooming garden. Our villa is located 85 klms from “Macedonia Airport” of Thessaloniki and it is sited on the main road of the village Vrasna Beach, in a 100m distance from the beach.
Facilities : luxurious anatomic mattresses eco air-conditioning by ceiling fans in all rooms (better for health sensitivities – no environmental polution), insect-protection screen panels to all windows, electric anti-mosquito devices, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, tv and USB divice, hot water, central heating and fire place (for early-season or late-season holidays), BBQ, outdoor furnished sitting place and 2-car parking space. There is also a spacious indoor living room for extra leisure. Easy access to everyday needs in shopping, nutrition, medical care.
At this beautiful site of Vrasna Beach, there is a perfect combination of big trees and green fields, alongside with kilometers of sandy beach and clear blue seawaters. Our beach is being awarded the BLUE FLAG FOR CLEAR WATERS for many years in a row. You can enjoy all day swim and play, dreamy sunrises and exotic fool moon nights by the sea. You can chose either the crowded left side of the seaside, full of bars, taverns and cafés, or the right side of the seaside for quiet moments and more personal style. Reference point is the green park of the village where playground for the children is located. It is the ideal destination for families, friends and romantic couples.
Activities: swimming, water sports, beach volley, jogging, fishing, biking, playgrounds, romantic straws along the beach, beach bars, traditional Greek food, rowing at lake Volvi (Apollonia village).
Archaeological sites: Byzantine Tower of Rendina, Arethousa, Nymphopetra (Volvi lake), Lion of Chaeronia, Amphipolis, Alistrati Caves, Filippi Ancient Theater (Kavala)
Cultural events: Every summer are held the “St. George International Music Academy and Festival (Asprovalta), the “Volvi Caltural Festival” (in all the municipal area) including music, dance and theater happenings. More info would be available upon arrival, provided by the host.

Local transportation is available every 1 hour by bus, Thessaloniki - Stavros line, KTEL MACEDONIA BUS CENTRAL STATION connecting Vrasna Beach to Stavros and Asprovalta. Bus stop is at LIDL (on Thessaloniki-Kavala old national road ), almost 1km from the house.

The rental price is a SPECIAL OFFER for the season, to get to know us.
Host welcomes the guests, gives the keys and all useful information guests would like to know about their activities.
Linen is replaced once a week. Everyday cleaning is not provided. A weekly cleaning could be arranged if it is needed.
If there are little children or infands, their wellbeing and safety in any sense, is the total responsibility of their parents/escorts.
The number of guests is 8 persons (sleeping in beds).

A 200 euro cash deposit is required as guarantee. In case of no damages the deposit is refunded on departure.
Heating and cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. Cleaning cost is 200 euro paid upfront, non refundable.
Heating cost is depended by the duration of the rental state (late/early season), therefore is estimated and paid cash before departure.

ATTENTION:
Please No LITTER/PAPER into the toilets/drains, because otherwise a serious damage would be caused to the plumbing system

Guests should follow the local restrictions for the time period during the day, when noise and destruction are forbidden (23.00 - 7.00 & 15.00 - 17.00).
