Location is the name of the game at the Beach Bungalow!
Set on the beach in our tiny beach town of surfing fame, you are a short stroll from everything you'll want from numerous restaurants, beach and surf shops, grocers, and seafood markets featuring fresh local fish and shrimp.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa is a stone's throw from the beach with everything you'll need for a great beach vacation.
Along with the contemporary furnishing, custom hardwood floors and staircases, exotic tile work and incredible direct oceanfront views; the villa also has its own private tropical garden/deck area with your own private in ground spa.
Included are beach towels, beach chairs, toys, body boards, and umbrellas; along with full sets of linens and towels for each bedroom and bath. Plus the villa has a full size washer/dryer in your own garage where the beach equipment is also stored.
Both bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. The master suite has a king bed and french doors leading to a private oceanfront balcony with an incredible oceanfront view. You can even watch the rocket launches from your private balcony!
The first floor of the 1455 sqft villa has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room opening to your private, fully fenced tropical garden with hammock, barbecue, and your own private in ground spa.
If you are traveling with your four legged friend(s), they'll fall in love with laying around on the cooling French terracotta and marble floors and the early morning beach walks. Plus there's a good dog park nearby.

The Bungalow is fully licensed by the state of Florida (FL license #TAP1505304) and is a decades long local Chamber of Commerce member in very good standing, so your beach vacation will be in the best of hands.

We've been hosting guests at the Beach Bungalow for over 20 years and have been members of our local Chamber of Commerce throughout, so we can hook you up with anything you might need from extra beach chairs to caterers to surfing lessons and wildlife tours in the Indian River Lagoon and the headwaters of Everglades.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. We are right on the beach and within a couple of blocks of all the amenities in our little beach town, including numerous restaurants and shops with everything you need for your beach vacation.
For couples, families and those with pups this is the perfect place to kick back, chill out, and enjoy life on this beautiful beach.
Watch a spectacular sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee or breakfast from your balcony.
Go for any early morning or evening beach walk and you’re likely to run across sea turtle activity as they lay their eggs at night and the babies hatch and scramble to the sea at dawn.
Then there’s also the Spaceport launches for some added fun. It feels like there are a couple a week and the best place to see them is from the villa’s balcony as they diagonally across the sky right in front of us. Lounging in the ocean while watching a rocket blast off into space is a bucket list wild card. I’ve even done it while catching a wave. :)
Add to all that the wildlife boat tours on the Indian River Lagoon and airboat rides with gators and migratory flocks of birds and you'll head home full of great memories. We guarantee it! :)

The Beach Bungalow is one of a kind with its direct oceanfront location, very comfortable layout, oceanfront and sunset balconies, unique custom wood and tile work throughout, and a private and fully enclosed tropical garden/deck area with its own private in ground spa.

The villa has a great layout. The ground floor has a big cook's kitchen, dining area, half bath and comfortable family size living room opening to its private garden area. The ground floor flooring is made of custom ordered machine made flat French terracotta and marble that’s cool to the touch and a belly magnet for the pups that visit us.
A custom built oak, mahogany, and marble staircase leads to the tongue and groove oak second floor with two bedrooms and two full baths, including the master suite with french doors leading to the private oceanfront balcony.
Plus there’s parking for 3 vehicles and a garage with full size W/D and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.
The combination of the unique location with the custom enhancements we've made to the property during our decades of ownerships and care makes the Beach Bungalow one of a kind.
