About this property
Comfort and coziness near Barra de Ibiraquera beach.
Two story house complete with alarm.
Entrance with electric gate, and space to park the car.
First floor we have:
* Balcony in front of the kitchen with hammock;
* Kitchen and dining room, with all necessary utensils, wood stove and lots of love;
* Living room with 1 sofa and 1 futon with pillows, smart TV and 1 toilet;
* Small room with 1 single bed;
* Deck that leaves the room to the backyard.
Upstairs we have:
* Covered terrace with hammock, backside overlooking the trees;
* Full bathroom with 1 shower, 1 whirlpool;
* Spacious and airy bedroom, double bed, fitted wardrobes and fireplace
* Covered balcony with hammock that leaves the room.
I still have a laundry room outside with a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
The hydraulic part is the gas offering heated water in the kitchen taps and the main bathroom.
Wifi internet throughout the house.
The house was built in 2013/2014, and was recently furnished with love, care and dedication especially to welcome you!
