This is your home away from home, it has everything the travel weary guest needs for a wonderful stay, The guesthouse features a full kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher, full-size sink, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a living area and dining area. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, walk in closet, dresser, iron and ironing board, and 43' TV. The guesthouse is completely independent from the main house, the only shared areas are the patio and the driveway where parking for 1 vehicle is also available. Just minutes (2.6 miles) from downtown West Palm Beach where you can enjoy cocktail lounges, wine bars, pubs with live music or the eclectic dining scene it has to offer. If daytime entertainment is more your style come enjoy our beautiful beaches, shopping malls, beauty spas, museums or zoo. Come enjoy all the Palm Beaches has to offer in comfort and style!

It's perfect for a short or extended stay. It's close to literally everything such as the beach, airport, or downtown. It's in a cute and safe neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and accommodating.

Awesome place!

We had a great time at Edith’s place! She had thought of all the little things that makes your stay easy and enjoyable. It was as clean as any hotel I have been to and very comfortable overall. I was here for a family reunion and chose this place when the hotel prices went super high when I added extra days. This place is very affordable and just as nice.

This place was perfect. Quiet. Private. 10 minute drive from downtown WPB. Next door to the PBI airport. Edith is a great host. She makes you feel like a valued guest. Loved my stay.

The guest house is extremely comfortable, cozy, and spotless. Everything feels fresh, and the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked (towels toiletries included). Kitchen supplies were more than sufficient, coffee is provided with a drip maker (filters sugar), and there’s a full-size fridge with water bottles.It was quiet at night with no noisy neighbors. The curtains block out plenty of sunlight if you want to sleep in. WiFi was reliably fast, and the kitchen table is great for meals and works fine as a workspace too.AC is strong and easy to adjust, and there are two ceiling fans if you run warm. Quick shower tip: the handle turns the opposite way you’d expect, so the side marked “cold” gives warm water and vice versa. Once you know that, temperature and pressure are excellent.Access is simple and private: separate space, side gate entrance, and your own driveway parking spot (no street parking needed). The host is responsive and helpful, and also very kind if you chat.Amazing value for the price and location, only a 5–10 minute drive from the city hub. No complaints at all, and I’m excited to return!
