Joey’s Place was attractively decorated and convenient to the beach and shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the deck and sunporch. There is a ground floor entrance, which is useful for anyone who does not do stairs well.April is a wonderful time to enjoy the beach!

Property had a nice layout. 5 min walk to the beach. Very dated interior. The grout in the bathrooms had disintegrated. When we checked in we had to go buy a swifter mop to clean the extremely dirty upstairs wooden floor. The ice maker didn't work. There were no hand towels. The A/C quit working on the 5th day, the realtor had to install noisy window units. The repair technician said that the unit was so old that they no longer carried refrigerant. Ants invaded the kitchen. This was not a true VRBO. It was managed by a third party realtor. Rent a your own risk.I asked for a partial refund and ignored.

We also apologize for the cleanliness concerns, the non-functioning ice maker, missing hand towels, and the pest activity you encountered.
