Lots of activities are waiting here beneath brilliant southwest Colorado skies - cross-country skiing, golf, horseback riding and hiking are all nearby. Popular Attractions
Chimney Rock Archaeological Area
Don't miss a visit to this area of unparalleled natural beauty sitting on a high mesa at the southern edge of the San Juan Mountains. Known as a place of spiritual significance, a celestial observatory and seasonal calendar for the Ancestral Puebloans. More than 200 homes and ceremonial buildings were built high above the valley floor over 1,000 years ago.

Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Museum
This well-known landmark is located in Durango, just 60 miles west of Pagosa. This historic train has been in continuous operation since 1882, carrying passengers behind vintage steam locomotives. Relive the sights and sounds of yesteryear and enjoy a incredible journey and spectacular views.

The Great Pagosa Hot Springs
Numerous skirmishes were staged by the Native Americans of the Four Corners area over the ownership of the Hot Springs, which were highly prized because of their healing powers. Spend a day soaking up the benefits of the highly mineralized geothermal waters at one of three spas in the town. If you don't feel like a dip then take the short stroll to the source of the hot springs which at 145 degrees is much too warm for human use.

Spring Break 2018

Property was clean but not what was pictured in listing. Even today when you click link the listing is different, today it shows its a 3 bedroom place. Windows wouldn't open, and one that would did 3"s and never closed back. Walls are pretty thin, guy under us was loud. Rec center was nice, but tons of chlorine in pool. They did have the fun amenities (shampoo, laundry detergent etc) so that was nice. I was just disappointed by misrepresentation. The view we did end up with was nice from master, but couldn't enjoy from any other part of condo.

First time getaway to Pagosa Springs

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway to Pagosa Springs to spoil him with soaking at the Pagosa Hot Springs and having a nice quiet place to stay with a whirlpool tub, kitchen amenities and views. The reservation conformation was effortless; Thank you to the management for making that part so easy. The condo itself was very comfortable and we enjoyed the whirlpool tub, fireplace in the living room and kitchen amenities. Ensuring we had a unit with the whirlpool tub was not easy though. I had to go through two different front desk representatives, at check-in, before the manager assisted with confirming a unit with the whirlpool tub, which was the whole reason I chose to stay at Club Wyndam. We will definitely be back as long as we can stay in a whirlpool tub unit. Thank you!

Perfect condo!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect condo, space and layout for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is small but well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. The king sized bed was comfy, the pullout couch was handy, as was the quaint patio off the master. The property itself is huge, surrounded by a golf course and lakes. We were here during a snowy time and the area made for some great sledding. There is an indoor heated salt water pool/hot tub & rec center building about a 1 minute drive from the condo. We were so busy we didn’t make it by but it looked neat. The property is located in the newer/west area of Pagosa, within a 2-3 minute drive of restaurants, a grocery store, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Wal Mart, etc. The Main Street of town/hot springs area is about a 7-10 minute drive. Wolf creek ski area was about 35 minutes with some traffic. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions & check in/out were a breeze. Overall, we loved Pagosa Springs & this condo & would definitely come again!!
