Brand New (Nov. 2017) high-end luxury penthouse in the very center of Athens with exceptional 45 sq.m veranda offering direct,unobstructed view to Acropolis (post card view!),Temple of Zeus,Phillopappou Hill as well as the sea. The glass partition brings, literally, the Acropolis inside the apartment.

It is located a breath away from the Acropolis itself the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis metro station (3 min. walking) and the Temple of Zeus.Stay in the heart of the ancient Athens!

The penthouse apartment features BoConcept furniture throughtout. Additionally, 3 bedrooms with king-size double beds with Dunlopillo Latex mattress. Two of the bedrooms have direct, unobstructed Acropolis view. All bedrooms are equipped with 43'' flat screen TVs. The open plan kitchen, made with forged cement, along with the living room with a 55'' flat screen TV make the interior spacious, connecting the view from the back windows with the Acropolis view of the front veranda.
The bathrooms are made with forged cement (as well as the the whole apartment's floor) featuring rain shower.
Lastly, the place features paintings especially designed for the specific apartment by a famous artist.

Our guests will enjoy full, exclusive private access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is located in a very central spot of Athens. All the archaeological sites are located in walking distance as well as the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis metro station, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the "Plaka" area which is the most ancient part of the city.

We can arrange transfers from/to the airport or port upon request.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and accurately represented in the listing. The highlight was the stunning view of the Acropolis, which made the stay especially memorable. Check-in and check-out were also very easy and straightforward.There were a few minor issues, including not having enough towels or toilet paper provided in the apartment. More concerning were some security and cleanliness issues with the building itself. A homeless individual was sleeping on the second-floor landing, which made us feel uncomfortable, and there was debris and rubbish around the entrance of the building.

This location was excellent. The size of the apartment is great. The shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water to go around. The beds are comfortable. It was not as clean as it could have been and the bedding had a hole and a stain. They only give you towels for one day and only for those that you state on the reservation. Should have gotten enough for 6 people which is the amount that the unit sleeps. The lobby was quite dirty with a homeless person sleeping in the stairway and there was a dead cockroach in the entry way that was there for days.

Fabulous location for visiting Athens with everything you would want in walking distance, Plaka, Monastiraki, Acropolis & Parthenon and Acropolis Museum, Koukaki, Sygtama, etc. Balcony with breathtaking views of the Parthenon lit at night and Mt Lycabettus. The entry to the building needs some care and it seems the building is in flux with possible renovations. The flat is on the 6th floor but with most buildings in Athens the elevators are small allowing 2 people at a time. This had us hiking up the stairs and having to negotiate furniture and a gentleman who made his bed on the first floor landing nightly. He didn’t bother anyone but disconcerting and unexpected. The flat itself has amazing views and is spacious with all the amenities you would need but no frills. It was clean and location is the selling point.

Our stay in Athens was fantastic! The apartment is modern, spotless, and in an unbeatable location—just minutes from the Acropolis and all the major sightseeing areas. There are countless restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores within a short walk, which made everything so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the Acropolis were absolutely amazing, especially from two of the bedrooms with truly outstanding views. Giolena was an exceptional host—communication was excellent from start to finish. She arranged prompt, clean transportation from the ferry and to the airport, and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

This penthouse was located in the perfect area for the Parthenon. Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area as well. Home was a little warm for the AC to keep up in August but other than that, we had a great time.

View is fantastic and AC was good.The location was a bit loud at night because of traffic but there’s a lot of traffic in Athens every where you go. You can’t avoid that. In general this place was good.i will consider this place again.
