Great house. Modern and clean, good AC. There are 3 separate couch areas to let people have some space. Big kitchen and table for big families. Would stay here again if in the area.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We stayed with our adult children and their partners for a family reunion in Denver. We were very happy with everything in the house. Additionally, the house was well stocked with toiletries, washing machine soap, towels, basic spices, and kitchen supplies. The house is a short walk from Target and Costco in a very quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this house! It was cozy, clean, spacious and the location was fantastic! The kitchen had everything you would need and more! So close to Boulder, and Denver is easily accessible as well.

Excellent location in new development. We were close enough to the CU campus. Very clean, neat and had everything you could need. Expertly decorated as well. This is one of the best VRBO's Ive ever stayed in.

Beautiful house - super clean and comfy! Rooms are impeccably decorated and well appointed. Location is convenient to stores and highway. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Our son has two more years at CU so we will be back!

Host Brian was very responsive to several messages, solved our (not property related) issues smoothly and quickly. The home is immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. Cute little community with a nice park and nearby grocery shopping for extended stays. Will absolutely stay again next time we visit.
