Beautifully appointed, this charming 3-bedroom Hilton Head Island home is in an excellent third-row location, a short walk (about 3 minutes) to the beach! The home is also only a leisurely stroll or bike ride away from all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: the bike and kayak outfitters, The Dunes House, the General Store, the Tennis & Pickleball Center, and other dining opportunities. Featuring a private pool and a Carolina room, this home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The dining room seats eight and leads to a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a convenient pass-through. The main suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #3, a two-room suite, features a king bed in the first room with ensuite bathroom access. The second room in the suite includes a queen bed.

This home offers wonderful living spaces for the entire family. The pool deck has plenty of dining and lounging opportunities in a peaceful setting.

Exciting Update: The private pool is currently undergoing a full renovation and will be completely brand new and finished by the end of March 2026. Guests will enjoy an all-new pool experience just in time for spring, new photos coming soon!

The pool and spa can be heated (June 1 – October 1) for an additional fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for our family of 4 (with two young kids) and grandparents. The master suite has been redone and was beautiful. The other bathrooms were dated but suited our needs. The bonus room attached to one of the bedrooms has sliding barn doors that don’t block a lot of sound, but again, worked well for having our youngest close to us. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and there was ample seating both inside and outside. I read reviews indicating this pool could be heated though when I inquired about that I was told this property is one of the few homes that the pool does not have a heater. We were there in July and it was extremely warm and frankly it would have been a waste to pay for heating! That being said, the “hot tub” is just a small pool but still a wonderful feature. The beach access is just around the corner and very easy to get to. We rented a beach wagon to haul all the stuff, even our young kids could manage the short walk. Walking to the general store was a pleasant walk (about a mile) with walkways the whole way. Overall, a great house! Would definitely stay here again!

We wish the pool could have been heated, but we were told they only do that after June 1. That was the only negative thing—weather was cool temperatures and the pool was too cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub and pool not heated. Issues with property were not addressed during stay

I have never heard of a hot tub that is not hot. The listing is not clear that the hot tub and pool are not heated and can’t be heated unless you stay in June - October. This was a huge disappointment for our spring break. Also - two screen fell off the track when we arrived and the screens were never fixed during our stay. The villa was clean and a wonderful location but we were highly disappointed and I want anyone renting this property to know what we found out after we arrived.

So bad we thought there was a problem with our code at our arrival. Call maintenance and prompt response w/in 10 minutes and “pushed” open door. Should be corrected. Minor problem but annoying.

There were 2 issues with the pool: we paid for heating, but it was not heated; we called management who confirmed it was not heated and said they would notify the pool company. it was not heated until Monday. It was cleaned on Tuesday and all of the controls were turned off, so we had to call management again.

Overall the layout of the home was great. The picture of the pool area is not what you see when you get there. Surely some upgrading to the pool is needed.
