"Our stay went well, however, we object to certain inconveniences:First, there is an issue with the air conditioning: the first floor is very cold, whereas the second and third floors are very hot. Second, the plastic tableware provided was not very pleasant to use.Thank you for your time and for taking these points into consideration.Sincerely,"
