This 60 m², one-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful building in the best area of Miraflores. It has been recently redecorated with great care by the owners, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere so guests can feel at home. We invite you to stay in this apartment located in the heart of Miraflores, just an 8-minute walk from Larcomar. Excellent location. It includes private parking inside the building.

After entering through the building’s main door, take the elevator to the 4th floor. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious and naturally bright area. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a Queen bed, Smart TV, en-suite full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Additionally, it offers a living room, dining area with a table for four, a balcony, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, and a half bathroom. The apartment also includes a washer-dryer, indoor parking space, and 24/7 front desk staff.

– Common areas are not available for guests; they are for owners only.

– The TV does not include cable, local channels, or a Netflix account. Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts.

– Luggage storage is not allowed before check-in or after check-out. There is no place to store bags nor staff responsible for them.

– As a courtesy, two toilet paper rolls are provided per bathroom. Personal hygiene products are not provided.

Long-term stays and security deposit

This accommodation is available for long-term bookings (over 30 nights). For stays of 30 nights or more, a security deposit of USD 100 per month (or proportional to the number of nights) is required to cover any eventual damages. This deposit will be charged through Airbnb and, if there are no issues at check-out, it will be fully refunded within four days through Airbnb.

If any costs need to be covered—such as stained or damaged linens, broken or burned items that cannot be repaired, excessive cleaning required, or loss of keys or garage remote—these will be deducted from the deposit. Photos and cost estimates will be provided beforehand. Any remaining balance will also be refunded via Airbnb.

Guests have full independence, but we are always available if they need assistance. We can recommend and arrange experiences to enhance their stay, such as culinary tours, visits to local markets, surf lessons, day trips to Paracas or Pachacámac, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and more. Location

The location is exceptional. It is less than a 10-minute walk to Larcomar (4 minutes by taxi) and a 20-minute walk to Kennedy Park (10 minutes by taxi). Taxis are inexpensive in the city, and we recommend using Uber, Cabify, or Beat.

Miraflores is the most popular district among tourists and travelers, offering a calm environment while being close to Lima’s best attractions. Within walking distance, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, convenience stores, salons, gyms, pharmacies, and Peruvian handicraft shops.

Transportation

Public transportation, taxis, bike rentals, and scooters are easily accessible throughout Miraflores. For taxis, we recommend Uber, Beat, or Cabify for their efficiency and affordability.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 pm onward, and check-out is at 11:00 am. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please coordinate with us to confirm availability. The cost is USD 25.

Early check-in is available starting at 9:00 am. If you require check-in earlier than 9:00 am, you must book the previous night.

Late check-out is available until 9:00 pm. If you need to check out later than 9:00 pm, you must book the additional night.

Building rules

– Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.

– Parties are not allowed.

– Pets are not allowed.

– No loud noises or disturbances that may affect neighbors.

– If any rule violation results in a fine, the guest must assume the cost.

– A warning will be issued in case of any infraction.

– Hanging clothes or items from windows is not allowed. This can result in a fine that will be charged to the guest.

– If the guest repeatedly breaks the rules, iStayPerú reserves the right to request that the guest leave the apartment, with no refund for unused nights.

– If the guest locks the keys inside the apartment, the service will cost USD 20 to cover the host’s transportation.

– If the keys are left inside and inserted in the lock, the cost is approximately USD 110 due to the need to hire a locksmith.

Important note

If guests stain or damage linens (sheets, duvet, pillowcases, pillows, or towels) and the stains cannot be removed, the cost of replacement will be charged. Likewise, if any furniture or household item is broken, burned, or damaged in any way, the replacement cost will be charged.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests agree to comply with the above rules. Otherwise, they will be responsible for any associated damages or costs.
