This gated resort allows you to walk for grocery, entertainment and dining out. 15 min from Orlando airport and 1 hour to east shore beachside

Common grounds have 3 pools, Splash pad, 2 spas, 2 pool side bars, gift shop, workout and game room. Bring everyone 4 fun or business.

1st floor. Easy parking. 3 Bedrooms. Ensuite Master bedroom with King bed and large bathroom. Extra large bathroom to share with the other 2 guest rooms.

If this is your first stay to our location, it will not be your last.

The grounds have so much to offer with Pools, Game Room, Recreation, Walk about Lake, and such much convenience walking distance from the unit.

We do have security gates for vehicle entrance. You will get a gate code along with your electronic lock codes before check in.

We have multiple pools & spas, kids play center, basketball, club house with gym, gift shop, pool bar and food and bath house.

On the grounds will you find common BBQ areas as well.

Entertainment central as well as the Orange Count Convention Center. The new EPIC Universal Studio park is going in across the street.

Parking is simple and not reserved within the resort.
You will check in directly, not the clubhouse.
There is great bus transportation - stops are just outside the resort on Destination Prkwy. UBER will pick you up at the clubhouse or at the condo building.

Simple walk to the plaza across Destination Parkway or to the Convention Center.

Please follow the house rules.
No smoking in property and please report to me if you feel the unit has been smoked in by previous guests / house keeping.

The clubhouse game room has `play cards` for purchase via vending machine in the game room itself.

Do not run an extension cord from the property to a vehicle or such. A penalty fee will be issued.
Smoking on Patio is acceptable with the door closed to avoid smoke entering.

Smoke extraction fee: $150
Early Arrival: $50-$75 if available
Late Checkout: $50-$75 if available

Pets (non-service) are reviewed before acceptance to respect the HOA rules and the next guests with allergies.

Additional Pet cleaning if required: $150
Only if excessive cleaning is required. Carpet / Walls ect.

Any damage to the property will be charged based on cost to restore to original condition - ie: damage to furniture / flooring from animals or items broken from abuse.

Please report any items missing or broken items upon arrival.

Please report any items broken during your stay so they can be resolved timely for the next guest.

No plugging in vehicles to the home - a penalty fee will be charged.
