Very nice , only thing to note was the small 3rd bedroom didn’t have heat and had to access through the other bedroom and didn’t have sheets, blankets or comforter..we used a blanket from one of the other beds and worked out fine. Thank you.

The rental was advertised as a three bedroom, however, the third bedroom was not able to be used because there were no window coverings ( no curtains or blinds) and no heat. Our third person had to sleep on the couch in the living room so she was able to sleep and have heat! The kitchen was not well stocked, no ice trays, not many cooking items (pots and pans), luckily we had our meals outside of the unit. It was mentioned that the rental was in walking distance of the casino, but, it would have been a long walk and dangerous as there were train tracks to cross. It was clean enough, but there was a musty/moldy smell throughout the unit! There were no trash bags or other daily use items provided!! They claimed to not be aware of no window coverings in the third bedroom, but, there was not even any hardware to install them!!

Hello — I’m escalating a complaint regarding a recent stay due to material misrepresentation, missing amenities, sanitation issues, and ongoing concern after departure.The listing advertised 3 queen beds; the property had 2 queens and 1 twin. The “fully equipped kitchen” was not functional — no colander, only 2 pots and 1 skillet, no hand mixer, insufficient plates and glasses. I spent vacation time shopping for basic items just to make the home usable. There were also insufficient towels and blankets, no paper towels, inadequate toilet paper, and poor trash disposal.We encountered three small brown cockroaches (not water bugs). This is a sanitation and habitability concern, and I am now worried that insects may have gotten into our personal belongings or luggage, creating a continuing issue beyond the stay.Because this was a Christmas holiday stay, relocation was not feasible. I mitigated the situation myself, but it took significant time and energy away from family vacation time. Overnight family members, including infants, could not stay as planned due to the misrepresented beds and conditions.I am requesting a refund and reimbursement for out-of-pocket purchases. I have receipts, photos, and listing screenshots and have attempted to resolve this directly with the host.Thank you for your assistance.

Stacy we have asked for copies of the items you bought to hopefully offer a solution but we still have not received and copies. We did how ever find items moved around, missing items, and the home not cleaned when you left. Please send me the documents so we can reimburse you for the items you purchased.
