Difficult to use tv, no directions and could not figure the tv chanels, Need hand and bath soaps or directions that there is none provided. Needs night stands on both sides of beds and lamps in the rooms. Overall a very nice place with many things provided that we did not expect

Thank you for your stay. I did not realize a tv needed instructions. There's 1 night stand in the smaller bedrooms because the bed is next to the wall giving you more room. We always go out of our way to make sure the guests have a great stay. I understand now, you cant please everyone.

This house reeked of smoke with air freshener. To try and cover it up. This is supposed to be a non- smoking home. The smell was unbearable and we avoided being there at all - when we were there, we tried to have the windows open to air it out. It was so bad that a majority of our party left a day early to avoid an additional night stay there. On top of this, there was no hand towels, hand soap or paper towels. There was also not enough bath towels, we were lucky one of the moms with us had an extra towel in her car. One of the bath towels was not clean - looked as if someone had shaved and left the hair on it. Our contact was nice and responsive, but the experience was just not great for the money we spent to stay here. I would absolutely not rent this house again.

Our crew had a great stay at this home in Santa Teresa. The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, which made it perfect for our contracting crew during a longer stay. The four bedrooms with queen beds gave everyone plenty of space to rest after long workdays.The home had everything we needed and the AC and heating kept it comfortable the entire time. The bathrooms were nice, and the jetted tub was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet, making it an easy place for the crew to come back to and unwind.Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
