The Flamingo Villa has been a family favorite for nears. It is walking distance to Steinhatchee Marina, Roy's food truck, Crabbie Dads, and public boat ramp.
The views from the porch are unforgettable it will leave you planning your next trip back before you head back to reality.
Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, smart tv, en-suite bathroom with tiled shower.
Bedroom 2: 1 king, 1 twin plus smart tv

Living Areas: 3 sets of sliders open up your view of the Gulf of America where you can watch the anglers go out in the morning while sipping your coffee on the covered porch or watch a beautiful sunset melt into the Gulf
Light-filled, open-concept living and dining area with high ceilings, Smart TV, wifi, 2 comfy sofas and two recliners gives you the space to relax and unwind after a long day on the water. The large dining table can accommodate six plus outdoor dining on the covered porch for 4 more guests

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need , generous prep surfaces, 12 cup coffee pot and breakfast bar for 4 guests to enjoy while gathering around while meals are prepared.

We think you will fall in love with this vacation 'home away from home' because of the fantastic views, plenty of porch and deck space to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, and open floor plan inside. An added plus is that you are right at the Gulf so you can get on with scalloping or fishing within a few minutes of getting in your boat!
