Villa Petra is newly rebuilt house and spacious garden by the sea and has magnificent view of the sea, during the night house is covered with sparkling sky.

All the terraces are faced toward the sea and sun. Pine trees make nice shadows thus making great resting places on the chairs during the sunny days. In front of the garden is small private beach and clean see that calls for an early morning swim and long swimming in the sunrise or sunset. If you prefer wilderness, small bays all over the island offer isolation from the crowd due to their natural vegetation.

Property of Villa Petra covers an area of 1000 m², villa itself an area of 200 m², consists of 3 modern and carefully designed apartments with magnificent sea view and dining room in the ground that is the center of the house where everyone loves to dwell. Interior of this luxury villa is chosen with a lot of taste, equipped with modern furniture. The house owns private parking places.

Luxury Villa Petra consists of four floors and is suitable for comfortable accommodation for max 13 people.

The ground floor of the villa has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower , area for dining with table and chairs, living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, modern furniture and the latest technology LCD TV. Living area is separated by a glass wall from the spacious terrace partially covered terrace , equipped with seating furniture, and an indispensable and unique view of the sea, Tisno and Murter.

The first, the second and the forth floor are connected by an internal staircase. There is only one apartment on each floor. Apartment „Gundulić“ on the first flour, „Kandinsky“ on the second and „Mozzart“ on the third flour contains modern, fully equipped kitchen, a part for dining with table and chairs, living room equipped with modern furniture, comfortable sofas and excellent video equipment. In each apartment there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a one equipped with two single beds. Apartments have a balcony (16m²) which is equipped with sitting furniture, while the third gallery apartament “Mozart“ has one more balcony (10m²) where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The whole environment is perfect for long walks, jogging or bicycle rides. The center of the city is 15 minutes walking distance.
