This 1898 stone Istrian home was fully renovated and provides a unique experience of modern comfort with a rustic decor surrounded by beautiful countryside. Ideal for cyclists! Perfect for hiking, picturesque drives, walking or as a base to experience nearby coastal old towns of Slovenia, Italy and Croatia!

Villa Topolovec is a Mediterranian villa complex of three beautiful houses. The guests are invited to stay in one of the houses (the other ones will be closed during holiday season!) and you will enjoy the full privacy of a beautiful courtyard with a pool! The house is situated in the middle of a very small picturesque village on top of the hill.

The renovation is done to the highest standards providing a comfort of a modern home. Living areas are very spacious with air-conditioning in each room, fully equipped Italian kitchen and dining area. In the living room is a fireplace, perfect for cooler nights, TV and a large DVD collection provided for your entertainment. The Master bedroom is very grand and beautiful, the 2nd bedroom is smaller but cozy. Both bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms. An extra sleeping space is a sofa-bed downstairs with an access to a 3rd bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in a separate technical room.

The private stone courtyard is very spacious, with a pool, wooden deck, several outside sitting areas and grill.

Dogs are welcome! The countryside surrounding the village is ideal for long walks with a dog.
