Near the newly built Municipal Pier alongside restaurants, shops, nightlife. The Water Taxi is an all day get on and off at will ride up and down the Intracoastal Waterway. Try out the Drift Boat fishing expeditions as well as much more for you to enjoy.

I've been a Florida resident for many years and have no desire to ever leave. The skies are bright and sunny most of the time.

Why they chose this property

We are located 1 block from the beach and have direct access. We are also 1 block from the Intracoastal waterway. We re also less than a mile from the recently renovated Pier and restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

We are a small complex, only 5 units on a large grassy lot. We have a backyard with a lounging area and a fenced pet playground. We are close enough to all activities, and yet when you are in residence, it is peaceful and quiet
