Guests staying less than 30 days must ensure all visitors are registered in advance. The building requires a 24-hour notice prior to the visitor's arrival for approval.



For stays of 30 days or more, guests are welcome to invite visitors without restrictions.

Visiting hours:

Visits are allowed only until 10:00 PM. After that time, an automatic charge will be generated.



Quiet Hours:



Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these times.



Party Policy:



Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a $200 USD fee.



Smoking Policy:



Smoking is permitted only on the balconies. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will incur a $300 USD cleaning fee.
