Apartment overlooking pool and court, large bedroom with a double bed, four single, ceiling fan, living room with cable tv, sofa bed, desk, fan, kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and laundry.
Brand new apartment with new furniture.

The condominium is complete with swimming pool, barbecue, sports court, parking (1 seat) security.

It is located 7 minutes from downtown Maranduba and 5 minutes from Sapê beach on foot.

Located 18 km from the center of Ubatuba and 20 km from the center of Caraguatatuba.

Lugar aconchegante, bonito e familiar.

Fui com a família para passar um final de semana. Apartamento lindo, praia tranquila, fácil acesso ao comercio. Área de lazer com piscina, playground e espaço para churrasco excelente. O casal de donos foram super atenciosos e deram um show de hospitalidade. Recomendo.
