Fully renovated in 2024 but retaining "old Florida" beach house charm, The Tipsy Flamingo provides modern accommodations only steps to the white sands of St Joe Beach where there are no crowds! Must be 25 or older to book.

Offering 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with twins, this home / comfortably sleeps 6 (and furry family, too)! The twin room can be made into a king bed with proper notice. A spacious den with television (streaming) seats everyone. A fully stocked kitchen boasts gas cooking and provides peninsula seating for 4, while the dining area seats 6. Two beautifully renovated bathrooms offer large showers (no bathtub). The gas, tankless water heater means no waiting in line for showers because of a lack of hot water! A fully fenced back yard with firepit is where you'll want to spend your evenings while watching the amazing colors of the sky at sunset. Drop your beach towels on the convenient hooks on the covered front porch while you hose off the sand from the beach. Parking is plentiful, including boat parking. Lots of games provided for entertainment. High speed internet. Most of the coastal art is by an artist formerly of Port St Joe.
A short 10 minute drive into downtown Port St Joe takes you to numerous shops and restaurants. Only 5 minutes to Windmark Beach, 5 minutes into Mexico Beach and 20 minutes to Cape San Blas.
SPECIFICS: * Kitchen - quartz counters; under-cabinet lighting and USB charging ports; fingerprint resistant stainless appliances; lots of storage; fully stocked with an abundance of pots, pans, dishware, utensils, storage containers and drinkware; countertop oven with air fry option; dual system coffee maker. * Dining area houses a table with 6 seats, while the kitchen peninsula contains seating for 4. * Den – comfortably seats 6 and offers multiple charging ports on lamps. Shelving stocked with books, puzzles and games for everyone. A 55 inch Toshiba SmartFire TV where you can watch your favorite shows (you will need to log in on your own account for streaming services). * Bathrooms – both are spacious and showers are fully tiled while offering rainfall shower heads and handhelds. The larger bathroom contains a drying rack, iron and ironing board, as well as a full-size stacking washer/dryer. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. * Bedrooms – 2 kings and a twin room. With notice, the twins can be made into a 3rd king bed. All mattresses are gel infused memory foam. Please note that one of the bedrooms and a bathroom do have a step down from the kitchen to the hall where they are located. * Outdoor space – a fully fenced back yard with firepit and 4 Adirondack chairs. A covered back porch offers seating for 6 and a gas grill. * Beach gear – located in the storage shed on the property, you will find chairs, coolers, outdoor games, nets, a beach umbrella, beach sails/covers and a beach cart. * Numerous beach towels are provided as a courtesy; we ask that you wash, dry, fold and place back when used. Additional charges apply if the cleaners have to wash the beach towels. * If pets are present, you must use the provided sofa covers at all times; if there is significant pet hair to be cleaned, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You must properly dispose of your pet's waste (not leaving it in the yard) or an additional fee will apply.

Great location at the end of the street so away from through traffic. Short easy walk to the beach. Host was extremely responsive and house was well stocked! Beds were very comfortable-three kings was wonderful for grown children with spouses-but also with the capability to convert to a twin bedroom if needed. I would highly recommend!

Since I was a child, the beach has been my favorite place. Living land-locked in Atlanta, I really needed a place to get away to the ocean. I fell in love with the quiet beaches and quaint downtown area of Port St Joe, so I had to buy a home there! I hope you love it as much as I do!
