A peaceful haven close to everything, boasting a brand new saltwater hot tub on our expansive deck! Perfectly situated near Spencer & 20 minutes away from Okoboji, our 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers an unparalleled escape. Perfect for a family getaway or vacation with friends. Make unforgettable memories in our beautiful home complete with everything you need.
For hunters, we have an outdoor kennel with a heat lamp, straw bedding and a dog house big enough for 2 dogs. They can also stay in the garage in your own kennels if you prefer.
There is plenty of space to park your boat! In the summer, we have a camper on the property for rent if you need more room.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We hope you enjoyed your stay! Please remove the kitchen garbage and put it in bin outside next to the driveway. You do not need to take out the bathroom garbage.
Do not make the bed you slept in. Do not fold the used towels, just leave them on the counter unfolded.
Please turn the thermostat in the summer to 76 and in the winter to 62. Turn the hot tub down to 99 and make sure the cover is on it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please add 1.5 scoops of chlorine every time you use the hot tub.

We are both from Iowa, but now live in Omaha. We love coming to this home to get away from the big city and enjoy the solitude of this home. We rescue beagles and have several of our own. I love yoga and my husband loves anything outdoors - hunting, fishing and gardening. We plan to retire to this home because we love the area.

We love going to the lakes and want to retire to this home.

What makes this property unique

We are close to everything, but in a more secluded area with a large yard and privacy. Our saltwater hot tub is a great way to unwind after a long day.
