**House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine. • Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home. We are unable to receive, hold, or forward any items.
