Villa Matic**** new, modern villa with pool 40 m2, beach and beautiful sea view

Newly built and modern beautiful Villa Matic**** in Makarska, on a small hill named Veliko Brdo with stunning and breathtaking sea view, overlooking islands Brač and Hvar and Makarska town in its full glory. Villa has 200 square meters with additional landscape of 200 square meters.

Each guest of our villa can enjoy peaceful and relaxing vacation. Villa can accommodate up to 10 persons, and they can use two separate units. First unit is ground floor and first floor with accommodation for 6 persons. Second unit is second floor with accommodation for 4 persons.

On a ground floor is comfortable living room with dining area and fully furnished kitchen (large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher…). The part of this unit is fitness room, sauna, dart, table soccer, shower area, toilet and laundry washer. Interior staircases leads to first floor.

On first floor there is 3 bedrooms with French bed, all rooms are air-conditioned with SMART TV-SAT, WiFi, safe, bathroom, shower and hair dryer. Two of those rooms has a balcony with sea view

Second floor has its own separate entrance and it is fully air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and large balcony area with breathtaking sea view.

Landscape area is equipped with 40 square meters swimming pool, ambiental light, shover, sunbath area and lounge area.

Willa has parking places for all its guests.

All our guest will enjoy the most beautiful sunset, while drinking homemade vine while their skin is bathing in last sun flames for the day.

Jour host will make all their efforts to provide you with all necessary information which you might find useful, from tips for boa trips to one day excursions to Biokovo mountain, Split or Dubrovnik, Cetina River rafting or traditional festival nights famous in our area.

We can make all transfer arrangements to or from airport.

Villa Matic

We absolutely loved our vacation in Makarska!! Every single moment was amazing and truly memorable. Ivica, the host of the villa was very nice and even came down (host lives in the same house, just separate entrances) to assist our old Nana with the tv while we were out. There was 8 of us and the house was big and comfortable and had almost everything we needed, we came all the way from USA and could have used a few beach towels. The only complaint we have is that there are cameras facing the pool. We could not truly get comfortable knowing that someone could be watching. Be sure to have a 4 wheel drive, house is on a steep hill and not a comfortable walking distance from the beach or a market, but for us it came in handy and we actually liked the workout we got walking up the big hill. If you are a runner, you will absolutely love the run from the house down and by the beach.
