This is a great location and spacious rental. The spacious deck has great city views and comfy furniture. Beds are comfortable and shower fixtures are high end. Good value for the price. We only had a couple of issues, most of which the host addressed right away. Disappointments were a non-working microwave and garbage disposal. Also, the description doesn’t make it clear that there are three units in this building, so it took us a few minutes to figure out which entrance was ours. Also, the walls are thin, so we did hear our neighbors part of the time. It’s also near the Georgia Tech campus and so there was some Friday night noises. Otherwise, we had lots of good restaurants nearby and onsite parking made it easy to come and go from all Atlanta has to offer. We had a great trip and would stay here again.
This unit is newly constructed and packed with great amenities. Quite spacious, super comfortable. Showers were truly luxurious. Kitchen well appointed. Especially nice is the outdoor balcony/deck with TV, air hockey, space to eat or lounge. Enjoyed carry-in of popular Anticos Pizza from nearby original location! Host was responsive, communication was great. This space was ideal for our family of adult children, 7 of us altogether, in town for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again.

Amenities were great, rental property was great. The neighborhood not so great. Connecting with property manager was good until check in day, then I had an issue contacting him. It was all good in the end.
We had a wonderful stay at this property for our wedding weekend! The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially in allowing us to use the home to get ready for the big day — it made everything so much easier and more special. The house itself was spacious with multiple bedrooms that comfortably fit our group for the two nights we stayed. We also loved the fun game tables around the home, which made for a great way to unwind and enjoy time together. There were plenty of parking spots available, although they were spread around the house, which required a bit of coordination — but overall, it was convenient. The only minor downsides were that the floors could have been a bit cleaner, and a few guests with dust allergies noticed that better ventilation might help. Still, overall, this was a great experience, and we appreciated the host’s hospitality and prompt communication throughout our stay.
The host was very responsive. The microwave started working intermittently and he offered to have a temporary countertop one delivered so he could repair or replace it after we left. The 7 of us enjoyed our stay, a few suggestions to improve: Get a door mat, it was rainy and we couldn't wipe our feet to try to keep wet leaves and water out. The bedrooms would benefit from some furniture to put suitcases on instead of the floor. (Perhaps not as critical in rooms with 2 beds although we had one such room with 2 children using the beds.) The kitchen was reasonably well appointed. While the floors looked clean, they were not, as evidenced by the black on 2 little girls feet at the end of the day. The dryer vent was disconnected from the wall, leaving the room steamy when in use, but I assume that has been corrected after I reported it when we left. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood and the convenience to where we wanted to go.
