Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom, 1 & 1/2 (shower, sink, washer & dryer) bathroom, 1250 sq ft apartment, private entrance on lower level of our home in beautiful North Idaho. Private entrance. Bedrooms: 2 have a queen size bed and one has 2 double/full beds. The property features conveniences of home with full kitchen, one full bathroom and a half bath with shower, sink (share with laundry room). Living room has gas fireplace, large screen tv w/Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Angel, and UP, Faith & Family channels. All this lakeside on a 32 acre private lake in our backyard. All new and renovated in 2025 with your own private entrance, includes 750 sf deck overlooking the lake, fire pit, and barbecue grill. Free WiFi, internet, board games, puzzles, books for adults and children. Kayaks, paddle board, canoe, small drift boat w/trolling motor, catch & release fishing. Use ours or bring your own. Book now and enjoy everything this home has to offer. Sandpoint and Schweitzer Ski Resort close by.

This is definitely one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The house is in immaculate condition, the hosts are exceptional—kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond. The lake is absolutely gorgeous, and there is so much to do!The hosts have thought of everything and have been incredibly generous. We came as a group of six (3 adults and 3 kids), and everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet of the lake over the holiday weekend.I highly recommend this property and hope to bring my family back again in the near future!

Wow!! This stay set aNew bar for excellence for us. Every single detail was above and beyond, the host has thought of everything possible to make your stay fun, very comfortable not a thing to think about just kick back and relax and take in the magical lake view from the fire pit or the huge gorgeous deck. Or go down by the lake and take one of the many water craft to be enjoyed out on the water. You’ll want to move in permanently!!

Why they chose this property

We are in a gated community with only seven homes. Our private lake is 32 acres and some say the best fishing around. Very quiet, cozy and comfortable. You might see a Muskrat, Eagles, Ospreys (Gwendolyn and her boyfriend) and you could be serenaded by Kermit the Bullfrog. Take a minute to look up at the night stars .. you’ll be dazzled by the clarity of the Big & Little Dippers and more. It’s hard to describe the simple beauty of North Idaho. It’s something you should definitely experience.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it’s only 70 feet from our private lake. You have the entire lower level to yourself with private entrances. We have two fishing kayaks, a canoe, a drift boat, and a paddle boat. Lifejackets and fishing poles are available too. Ping pong table if you’re looking for more activity. There’s something about being right next to water, especially after a day outside that offers a great nights sleep. All bedrooms have blackout curtains if needed. We live upstairs and have two large very sweet dogs. You will definitely hear them and maybe us too but we promise to be as quiet as possible.
