With 3 bedrooms. 2 have a queen size bed and one room has 2 double/full beds. The property features conveniences of home with full kitchen, one full bathroom and a half bath with shower, sink (share with laundry room). Living room has gas fireplace, large screen tv w/Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Angel, and UP, Faith & Family channels. All this lakeside on a 32 acre private lake. All new and renovated in 2025 with your own private entrance, includes 750 sf deck overlooking the lake, fire pit, and barbecue grill. Free WiFi, internet, board games, puzzles, books for adults and children. Kayaks, paddle board, catch & release fishing. Use ours or bring your own. Book now and enjoy everything this home has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We are in a gated community with only seven homes. Our private lake is 32 acres and some say the best fishing around. Very quiet, cozy and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it’s only 70 feet from our private lake. You have the entire lower level to yourself with private entrances. We have two fishing kayaks, a canoe, a drift boat, and a paddle boat. Lifejackets and fishing poles are available too.
