OUTDOORS: Screened pool, deck with gas + charcoal grills, firepit, lawn games. 

GUEST ACCESS: Full access to the entire home, screened pool house, deck, lawns, firepit, and garage game area. 

Plenty of on-site parking. 

The pool is open seasonally (dates vary by weather).

Some closets are locked for personal storage. Self check-in with electronic keypad. New code for every booking.

Impressive house in secluded location, and beautiful on the inside as well, with enough bedrooms to accommodated our group of 16. Plenty of seating for everyone as well. The main kitchen/entertaining areas were on two floors with quite a few stairs separating them, if that's an issue.The 2 kitchens caused some confusion in finding items we were looking for, but we made due. Lost the internet one evening, but by morning it was back. The only other problems we encountered were not enough trash bags, and the lower level microwave was not working.We reported these problems to the hosts and they were very appreciative because they are new to hosting and wanted to find out what they could do better. As they do, I'm sure this will be a popular property!
