Great location! Beach not crowded in this area. Great view with short walk to beach. Condo was clean but needs some cosmetic work in master bath shower and some of the cabinets throughout need judges tightened.

The floors needed cleaning, showers is the bathrooms were not clean. when checking in the code was missing a special character spent time trying to figure out had to call to get info and of course the call went to voice mail. this is 2nd time staying at Condo the first time was with friends who rented, same issues. Thought I would give another try because we loved the location. Not again!

The elevator only worked half the time when going up. I even called and they were supposed to send someone to look at it and never did. This was hard on my grandparents. Also, checking in our lock code didn't work. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I went to the realtors and had them give me a new code. Also there was no luggage cart so you had to carry verything by hand. Other than that it was nice

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Beach access was super easy, and even during peak summer, the beach was laid back and never felt crowded. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The only thing we would have liked was a bit more seating on the balcony to better enjoy the view as a group. Overall, we’d definitely stay again!

Peace and quiet

This was our 2nd stay at this condominium. We were in Tybee for a Sons of Sailors show at the Tybee Post Theater. It’s in walking distance to the theater and has direct beach access. The condo is well equipped, clean and very roomy. We will definitely be back!

An enjoyable experience. Great location, peaceful and quiet. Clean for the most part. Little bit dated. Funny smell in the laundry room(kept the door closed) Ample parking but tight. Didn’t like the check-in procedure but wasn’t terrible. Friendly staff. Would stay again

Lovely Rental

We loved everything about this place as far as location, proximity to the beach, balcony, rooms etc. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the unit which is no fault of the owners as we are STR owners ourselves and know how it is! We have a crawling baby and the floor had obviously not been swept/mopped as there was some sand and we had to deep clean the kitchen as well but other than that it was perfect!

Nice location on North Beach

Perfect location on North Beach. Great view and perfect to watch sunrise and military training in the ocean. Dolphins very close to swimming and beach quiet and beautiful. House could use to be updated a tad and equipped with more and better quality kitchen wares. Made it difficult to cook some stuff as there wasn’t much to work with and pans were small and everything sticks to them.

Very clean. Difficult to find. You should add that the building is green and the parking is underground. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful but there are nails that need to be pounded down. Also the exposed electrical cords at the side of the building are a little scary.Having said all that, all five of us had a grand time! Thank you

Birthday present

Celebrated my little man turning 5. Condo is in a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean. Loved having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. If you have little ones bring a step stool. Counter tops are high and mine couldn't reach to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

April Tybee Beach stay

This 3br, 3ba unit was perfect size for the five adults in our family. Plenty of seating for meals and socializing. No instructions on how to use tv remote controls, but we figured it out. Starter supplies rather scanty. No tissues in entire unit.There was no mention of the fact that there was only two parking spaces and any other vehicles would have to gind public parking at 3.00/hour from 8am to 8pm.
