A one bedroom, one bath, end-unit condo, sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) with all the comforts of home on the ocean! Ocean views are breath-taking from both patios, sun porch, living room and kitchen!! Condo is an end unit, attached on one wall to the adjacent unit, with no shared space or amenities. 2020 major renovation includes new kitchen and new furnishings with designer touch, including a full size sofa bed with custom air-stream mattress. Queen bed has comfy mattress, kitchen with all the amenities of home; dine in or out and listen to the ocean; all bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, and beach towels, included in the rental pricing!

Only 18 miles from the Bourne Bridge, one of the gateways to the Cape, avoid Cape traffic with this location, and enjoy your own private beach. You can park your car, walk to the beach, back for a nap, and never leave! A short 4 miles to Mashpee Commons with fantastic restaurants, boutique shopping, grocery and liquor stores, a movie theater and more!
