Welcome to Hat City Danbury II! Our Lovely Bright Private Two Bedroom second floor apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Danbury. Generous closet space, large fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with two Queen Bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit for ultimate privacy, a tub shower bathroom with all amenities. Three flat screen TV's and Secure camera monitored Parking for two cars along with side door entry and fire escape. Feel right at home in the middle of it all!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Check out on departure day is 11 AM, if additional time is needed, please let us know, we may be able to accommodate. All dirty dishes can go into the dishwasher, if it can be on that would be great.
Please throw away any trash in the bins outside near the front of the apartment and leave one key in the lockbox code: (WILL BE PROVIDED)
Please leave the dirty towels in the bathroom, linens can stay on the beds, our cleaning staff will take care of everything. Any questions please let us know, thank you!

This was a great place to stay in the center of Danbury. It was convenient to all of the places that we were going. The place was very clean and the perfect size for three adults. The host was very friendly and provided great communication. I highly recommend this place!

Great spot with lots of space and separate bedrooms. Apartment is clean and nicely updated. Host is very quick to respond, and provides a good amount of amenities and supplies. Nice living room, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. A few notes to be aware of: the stairs to get to the apartment are a bit steep and narrow. Totally doable, but a bit interesting with larger suitcases. And the street outside can be noisy.

We had a good stay, but Sunday the neighbor next door had music playing so loud throughout the afternoon into the evening. Very rude!

The unit is a very nice fully updated two bedroom, one bath apartment in a multi unit property. It is close to the hospital, university, and about 7 minutes away from the mall. It was clean and had everything my family of 3 needed for a comfortable stay. There was ample parking, entryways were well lit with automatic lights, and there were no safety issues. We had trouble following the directions for accessing the keys but once we located the correct door and lockbox we were good to go. The apartment is upstairs a narrow staircase and has a standard key entry. I would have liked an additional latch lock on the door for added security, so it’s something the host might consider in the future. There is a good amount of street noise with the occasional ambulance coming from the hospital. Also, it’s a multi-unit property so you can hear neighbors walking around, talking, etc. Neighbors were respectful and there wasn’t anything wrong or unusual about it. Just if you’re a light sleeper be prepared for that. Overall, it was a great stay and we appreciated having a well maintained, comfortable place to rest in Danbury.

This property is Centrally located to State Parks, good restaurants and major parkways.The stairs to this upstairs apt were steep but manageable.Communication between us and our host was excellent.Benny allowed for us to enter the property an hour sooner which was very helpful and offered an extension to our 11am check out time if needed.This property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen offered a small Keurig coffee machine.
