New 4BR, 3 Min Walk to Beach- Golf Cart & Hot Tub!

Welcome to "Hang Ten" in Carolina Beach! We bought this house on our ten year wedding anniversary and poured our hearts into making it the perfect vacation destination. We thoughtfully designed this home with all the comforts and touches we personally look for when we travel. Our commitment to you - you and your family will LOVE your time here and make this your future vacation destination.

Our new, modern townhome is just a 3-min stroll to Spartanburg beach access — 20 seconds with the included 6-seater golf cart! Soak in the private hot tub after surf sessions, then unwind in the garage lounge space with ping-pong and a big-screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen, 75" 4K TV, gb WiFi, balconies, fenced yard for pups, gas grill, cruiser bikes, Shibumi shade & beach cart. Sleeps 10 in memory-foam beds. Parking for 4 cars, keyless entry, Level 1 EV charger, and local hosts on call.

A 6-passenger golf cart is included for guest convenience. Skip rental lines and parking fees with the included Carolina Beach parking pass.

Use requires a completed safety acknowledgment and is limited to approved drivers (25+). Golf cart operation is permitted sunrise to 9:30 PM daily.

While we carefully maintain the cart, occasional mechanical or charging issues may arise. We will make every reasonable effort to restore service as quickly as possible; however, golf cart availability does not constitute a guaranteed service or rental component of the reservation.


OUR HOME

Ground Level:
We’ve transformed our spacious garage into a fun-filled entertainment area, complete with a 50″ TV, full-size ping-pong table, upright bean bag chairs, and all the beach essentials—chairs, boogie boards, a Shibumi sun shade, and a beach carts. You’ll also have access to beach cruisers with locks, perfect for exploring the neighborhood. After your adventures, fire up the three burner gas grill to cook epic burgers or fish tacos. Bringing your dogs? They'll love the fully fenced backyard. And don’t miss out on the outdoor shower and relaxing hot tub—perfect for winding down!

Second Floor:
Enjoy our open concept kitchen, dining, and living space, including a balcony perfect for sipping coffee and watching the passersby. Cozy up on our ultra-comfy sofa to stream your favorite shows and movies, or take a break from the beach with a selection of board games and a variety of puzzles to enjoy together. This floor also includes a king guest bedroom and a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Third Floor:
The primary suite offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, a spacious closet, and a private balcony—perfect for peaceful moments or catching the summer fireworks every Thursday. You'll also find a desk and rolling chair, ideal for working or writing during your stay.

This level includes a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of solid wood twin bunks (four beds total), both sharing a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Sleeps 10 comfortably. Approx. 1863 square feet.


AMENITIES

Kitchen:
Ninja blender, Brita water pitcher, coffee maker, Crate & Barrel dinnerware with mugs, wheat straw (non-toxic) plates/bowls/cups, stainless insulated tumblers and mugs, acrylic wine glasses, both glass & stainless mixing bowl sets (with lids), glass storage containers, Cuisinart cookware, a steam pot, stainless baking sheets, glass baking dishes, bamboo cutting boards, knife block set, drying mat, and four stainless dog bowls (indoor- 1 large, 2 medium, outdoor-1 large).

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have 100% cotton linens, pillows with protective covers, quilts and blankets, laundry baskets, sound machines, and reading sconces with USB-A and USB-C ports.

The king and queen guest rooms have 10” mattresses and 3” ventilated memory foam toppers. The king master has a 14" cooling memory foam mattress. All three rooms have memory foam cooling pillows, a luggage rack, and LED TV's.

The bunk room includes two solid wood bunk beds (4 twin beds) with 6” memory foam mattresses and a 2-drawer dresser. There is a 200lb weight limit for both the bottom and top bunk.

Bathrooms:
100% cotton towels, locally made toothbrush holders (Carolina Beach Market), make-up towels.

Living Space:
75″ 4K smart TV with YouTube TV, 1 GB internet via Spectrum, Rabbit Air A2 air purifier, board games, puzzles, tide clock, cozy blankets and original artwork by the owner and local artists.

Beach Gear:
Shibumi sun shade with wind assist, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, Bucketball, Spikeball, Cornhole, Igloo cooler bag, Wheeleez beach buggy and cart.

Golf Cart:
6-Passenger golf cart included — perfect for cruising to the beach and dinner! Available sunrise–9:30 PM for approved drivers (25+) after a quick safety acknowledgment. Free golf cart parking in city lots that have a golf cart icon on the lot sign, as well as on-street spaces.

Garage:
50″ LED TV, full-size ping pong table, bean bag chairs and directors chairs, Weber grill, 2 combination bike locks, & 5 beach cruisers– bike count may vary with repairs and helmets are NOT provided (please use bikes at your own risk)

Backyard:
Fully fenced, large backyard with a deck for lounging, a 6-person Aquarest hot tub, an enclosed outdoor shower and stainless dog bowl.

Amenities for Small Kids:
Nuna Pack-’n-Play, Skip Hop "Step to Sit" High Chair, stainless steel toddler utensils

Other Features:
Central HVAC, smart TVs in bedrooms, level 1 EV charger, keyless smart lock

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, garage, balconies, fenced backyard, and hot tub. Self check-in via smart lock after 4 PM (code sent 24 hours prior). Just a 3-minute walk to the public beach access at Spartanburg Ave.

Interaction with Guests:
We are super responsive and want to make sure you have an awesome stay. We have local managers ready to assist.

Neighborhood Highlights:
Spartanburg Ave is the ideal location: close enough to the beach for a short walk to waves, but tucked back on a quiet, well-kept street. You are a 3 minute walk to the beach. You're less than 5 minutes by bike to the Boardwalk, Tiki Bar, and local favorites like the Veggie Wagon and ice cream spots. The lake and Saturday market are just a 5-minute walk. It’s 20 minutes to downtown Wilmington and the USS North Carolina. You can see the Thursday night fireworks in the summer from the top deck.

Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM
Maximum 10 registered guests

No parties or events - strictly enforced
No smoking, vaping, or lit candles indoors

PET RULES:
Up to 2 dogs for $150 flat non refundable fee per stay (over 9 months old & potty trained).
**Pets are NOT allowed on furniture and we ask that if bringing a pet, the dog blankets are used to cover the beds and the sofa.

PARKING:
Only 4 cars allowed per rental* – 4 parking spaces in the driveway and no garage parking available. Spartanburg has very limited street parking and out of respect to our neighbors NO street parking during your rental is allowed. This is enforced as a condition of your rental.

*Golf cart access to driveway will be limited with 4 cars. We recommend no more than 3 cars if possible to allow for unrestricted use.

Fire extinguishers in the kitchen and by the grill.
Evacuation and emergency info included in digital guidebook.

THINGS TO NOTE:
All beach gear, bikes, games, and hot tub use are complimentary—please treat with care. We cannot guarantee beach gear availability or bikes as it will vary. We try to keep the posting as up to date as possible.

As with all of Carolina Beach, weekday construction noise is possible between 8 AM–5 PM due to ongoing new builds.
